Dwight Ward of Philadelphia, Pa., was known to his teammates as “DW.” He joined APA in 2000 with the Delmar Ballers, ranked as a Skill Level 3. Dwight had a love for the game and could always be remembered for his joking demeanor, dry humor and seriousness when shooting. He was always known to have a DVD, book or some type of new trinket as it relates to pool. DW was Captain of a team called Trolley Stop Hustlers and played on other teams at Tacony Billiards. Dwight passed on Oct. 11, 2008.
