Rick Cox was an avid pool player and a member of the APA family in Melbourne, Fla., since 2003. He was an excellent Skill Level 6, and played on a 9-Ball team at the National Team Championships in 2004. He was a founding member of the team titled, Crackshots. The Crackshots played at Nationals in 2009 on an Open 8-Ball team; Rick was cheering them on from Florida. He had many friends in the APA, was respected by all, and will be fondly remembered by all that knew him. Rick passed away on Aug. 31, 2009.
