Nancy McDaniel of Maidens, Va., has been playing in the APA for over 24 years! She’s currently the Team Captain of a Double Jeopardy team and a Ladies team in the Central Virginia APA operated by Marguerite Rueger and Dawn Buchanan. Her teammates describe her as one of the most honest, unselfish Team Captains they’ve ever played with.
“Nancy is fair, knowledgeable and a great friend to all of us,” teammate Cathy Dagenhardt said. “We love and appreciate her so much.”
She always shows up to League night completely prepared with the schedule, pens, clipboards and a possible “throw schedule” for the team. She’s always first to arrive and last leave and sets up the tables for the teams.
