Scott N. Hartley of Oklahoma City, Okla., played in APA Leagues from the late 90s until 2011. He went to the National Championships in Vegas many times. Scott was Team Captain of several teams he played on. He passed away on Dec. 9, 2011. His family misses him dearly.
