2017 8-Ball World Championship Results
Brew Crew II of Cape Girardeau, Mo., defeated Name This of Charlotte, N.C., in the finals of the 2017 World 8-Ball Championship.  The victory earned Brew Crew II $25,000 in 1st Place prize money, while Name This took home $15,000 as Runners-up. Name This ousted Rackem Sackem 8 of Millville, N.J., in the semifinals while Brew Crew II defeated Make It Happen of Wallington, N.J. Rackem Sackem 8 and Make It Happen each received $7,500 in prize money for making to the final day of competition. Controlled Chaos of Hilliard, Ohio, were presented the Sportsmanship Award in the 8-Ball division. 700 teams competed in this year’s 8-Ball World Championship. 2017 Final 8-Ball World Championship Standings
