8-Ball Ladies Division
Don’t Need a Man of Bessemer City, N.C., defeated Fight Like a Girl of Hixson, Tenn., 3-2 in the finals of the Ladies 8-Ball Division of the 2010 National Team Championships. The victory earned Don’t Need a Man a $10,000 payday! As Runners-Up, Fight Like a Girl didn’t go home empty handed either – they received $5,000 in 2nd Place prize money.
Don’t Need a Man advanced to the finals with a victory over Let It Ride of Bakersfield, Calif. Fight Like a Girl’s victory over the All Or Nothin’ of West Monroe, La., secured their spot in the finals.
Fifty-seven teams competed in the Ladies 8-Ball Division.
