The final match of the Team Captains Championship paired Keeping It in the Family of Syracuse, N.Y., against The Golden Trio of Daytona Beach, Fla. In this unique format, players decide their line-up before the match starts. Teams play lowest skill level to highest and alternate between 8-Ball and 9-Ball rosters that can have up to five players, with three competing in a match.
After an exciting match it was Keeping It in the Family taking home the Team Captains Championship title and $10,000! The Golden Trio earned $5,000 for their Runner-Up finish.
Keeping It in the Family ousted Captain Ballurs of Ava, Ill., in the semifinals, while The Golden Trio defeated On the Snap 776 of Orange, Texas, to earn their spot in the finals.
