APA currently offers two opportunities each year for exhibitors to market their products directly to our membership.

APA Poolplayer Championships
Event Dates: Late April/Early May yearly
Location: Westgate Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV
Anticipated Attendance: 9,400+ pool players + 9,400 spectators

APA World Pool Championships
Event Dates: August yearly
Location: Westgate Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV
Anticipated Attendance: 15,000+ pool players + 5,000 spectators

Sign-up Early and Reserve Your Space

All exhibitor spaces are assigned according to a Priority Points System, which accounts for exhibitor longevity and participation. New vendors are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon application approval and space availability. Ask about our discounted rates for exhibiting at both our Poolplayer Championships and World Pool Championships events.

A 50% deposit will be due immediately for any new exhibitors upon contract acceptance, payable by check, money order, or credit card.
