The final match of the Team Captains Championship paired ETX Elite of Tyler, Texas, against Bobby V’s of Providence, R.I. In this unique format, players decide their line-up before the match starts. Teams play lowest skill level to highest and alternate between 8-Ball and 9-Ball rosters that can have up to five players, with three competing in a match.
After an exciting match it was ETX Elite taking home the Team Captains Championship title and $10,000! Bobby V’s earned $5,000 for their Runner-Up finish.
ETX Elite ousted Cue and Brew Strokers of Fort Edward, N.Y., in the semifinals, while Bobby V’s defeated Get Weird 3.0 of Kansas City, Mo., to earn their spot in the finals.
