David Speaks from High Point, N.C., joined APA in 2003. He always worked hard to get APA teams in the bar he played out of. He had a true heart and pool was his life. David always strived for that trip to Vegas— in 2007 the dream came true for a very deserving person. He was a good player and teacher and remained one of the friendliest and most enthusiastic players in the League up until he was hospitalized. David passed away on June 28, 2010 at 45 years young. He will be remembered fondly at Triad APA.
