David “Frosty” Wallace of Troy, N.Y., became a member of the APA of Greater Albany in 2008. He lived and breathed APA League night and played his way to a skill level 5 in both 8-Ball and 9-Ball. He played for as many as five of his “Quick Sticks” teams in one session. In 2010, he became a member of the Board of Governors and a Division Representative. He captained his Quick Stick teams to the Local Team Championships. David was a true competitor and sportsman of the APA. He will be deeply missed.
