World famous trick shot artist Tom “Dr. Cue” Rossman was at the National Team Championships performing exhibitions, signing autographs and conducting the Dr. Cue Artistic Pool Championship all week. Players could stop by and see a free show and get an autograph from Dr. Cue during designated times each day. He also performed at both PoolAPAlooza parties this week.
Preliminaries for the Dr. Cue Artistic Pool Championship began on Saturday, Aug. 17. The fee was $5 per preliminary round and players could enter as many times as they like. A $300 1st Place prize was up for grabs. Preliminaries ran until Friday, Aug. 23 when the finals will took place and winner was crowned.
