Ed Divers of Hopkins, S.C., joined the APA on July, 3, 1997. Ed competed in the APA National Team Championships in 1998 and 1999 in 8-Ball and 2000 and 2008 in 9-Ball, as well as several Doubles events. Ed served as a Division Representative for the Northeast Columbia 8-Ball Division 002 for 2 years. Ed was a dedicated father, team captain and friend to all. The Georgia/South Carolina APA League misses him greatly. Ed passed in 2009.
