Please note: This is an Interest Form only and is not an exhibitor application. Submitting this form does not guarantee that you will be contacted, invited to apply, or offered exhibit space at an APA event. If space becomes available, prospective vendors are not selected based on how long they have been on the interest list. Selection is based on several factors, including the size and location of the available space, the products or services offered, how well the business fits the needs and overall mix of our event, recommendations received, and other considerations determined by APA. To maintain an appropriate variety of exhibitors, APA also strictly limits the number of apparel vendors and pool cue repair booths at each event.

Due to the volume of interest we receive, we are unable to provide individual status updates; however, we will contact you directly if an opportunity becomes available that may be a good fit for your business.

APA currently offers two opportunities each year for exhibitors to market their products directly to our membership.

APA Poolplayer Championships
Event Dates: Late April/Early May yearly
Location: Westgate Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV
Anticipated Attendance: 9,400+ pool players + 9,400 spectators

APA World Pool Championships
Event Dates: August yearly
Location: Westgate Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV
Anticipated Attendance: 15,000+ pool players + 5,000 spectators
