Mark Hadden of Bradenton, Fla., could always light up a room with his smile. He was a quiet, soft-spoken young man. Mark started with the APA in December 2007, as a beginner, and was constantly working to improve his game. His team, the 8-Ball Busters, qualified for the National Team Championships in 2008. They decided to make the drive to Vegas, however, Mark passed away in his sleep on their way to the tournament. As much of a blow as it was for the team to lose their silent strength, they continued on and played in the tournament in Mark’s honor.
