The APA family would like to extend our condolences to the family and friends of Tom Biffar of Waterloo, Ill. He passed away on May 15, 2014 after battling cancer. Tom was a long-time APA member, playing in multiple areas dating all the way back to the early 90s. He was an accomplished player with a Skill Level of 6, and was always willing to help a fellow poolplayer. His dedication to his game and to the APA led Tom to serve as a referee for many years at the APA National Championships. Tom will be greatly missed by his family, friends and fellow league members.
