The 6th Annual Oahu APA Shoot for the Cure returned to Hawaiian Brian’s Billiards on Oct. 17, 2015 to raise money for the Hawaii Affiliate of the Susan G Komen for the Cure. Players solicited sponsors who pledged an amount from $0.25 to $1 per ball made by that player through the event.

The event winner, Kurt Kobayashi, won an Athena case and Athena Silhouette cue. JB Bargas finished in 2nd Place and earned an Athena tribal cue.  Terry Bowlden and Darryl Kim tied for 3rd Place, each receiving a pink ribbon cue ball and 8-ball. Taking home a McDermott cue for being the highest pledge earner for the third year in a row was Dana Ching.

A total of 759 balls were pocketed during the day, with $2,416 being donated to the cause!
