The tournament was a modified single elimination format comprised of 5-8 person teams using the standard 23-Rule. The winners not only took home the title and bragging rights, but a nice chunk of change as well!

If that wasn’t enough, mini tournaments were held round-the-clock. These tournaments featured fields of 4, 8 or 16 players and offered 100% payback of entry fees which ranged from $10 to $20. All mini tournament participants were active APA members and received a skill level card in order to compete. Skill level cards were provided to players at registration.
